Born from the blackest of depths, Retarded Bill came about from an equal hatred of everything and everyone. Three musicians of a genre, filled with evil and smite, this trio was destined to exist. Blowing up on the scene in the late 90's, Retarded Bill struck with a vengeance other bands admired. Their legacy might not last forever, but their music will change many a band to come.
